Your guide to B&K Outdoor Living, LLC's one-year limited workmanship warranty and how to reach us.

B&K Outdoor Living, LLC stands behind the quality of our work. We provide a One (1) Year Limited Workmanship Warranty on all completed projects beginning on the date the project is marked complete.

Coverage:

This warranty covers defects that result directly from improper installation or workmanship performed by B&K Outdoor Living, LLC.

If a workmanship issue arises within one (1) year of project completion. B&K Outdoor Living, LLC will inspect the issue and, if determined to be caused by our workmanship, we will repair or correct the affected portion of the project at no additional labor cost.

This warranty applies to services including, but no limited to:

• Fence installation and repair

• Shed construction and installation

• Concrete lawn strips or decorative concrete pathways installed in lawn areas

• Concrete pads or small concrete installations

• Decorative ponds, fountains, and water features

• Other outdoor construction or installation services performed by B&K Outdoor Living, LLC

Exclusions:

This warranty does not cover damage or conditions caused by factors outside of B&K Outdoor Living, LLC's control, including but not limited to:

• Natural settling of soil or ground movement

• Cracking caused by soil expansion, freeze/thaw cycles, or shifting ground

• Extreme weather, flooding, erosion, or acts of nature

• Damage caused by tree roots or underground movement

• Customer modifications or repairs performed by others

• Lack of maintenance or improper use

• Impact damage, accidents, or vandalism

• Normal wear and tear

Concrete Disclaimer:

Concrete is a natural material that may develop minor cracking, surface variations, or discolorations over time due to temperature changes, ground movement, and curing conditions. These occurrences are normal and do not constitute a workmanship defect.

Materials:

Materials used in a project may carry manufacturer warranties, which are separate from this workmanship warranty. B&K Outdoor Living, LLC does not manufacture these materials and therefore does not guarantee their performance beyond the manufacturer's warranty.

Water Features:

For ponds, fountains, and water features, this warranty covers installation workmanship only. Pumps, liners, lighting, filtration systems, and other equipment are subject to their respective manufacturer warranty.

Maintenance of water clarity, algae control, and routine cleaning is the responsibility of the property owner.

Warranty Claims:

To request warranty service, the customer must notify B&K Outdoor Living, LLC within the one-year warranty period.

Warranty claims must be submitted by website by filling out a warranty inquiry at the bottom of this page.

The customer may be asked to provide photos or allow an inspection so that B&K Outdoor Living, LLC can determine the cause of the issue.

If the issue is determined to be covered under this warraty, B&K Outdoor Living, LLC will schedule repairs within a reasonable timeframe.

Limit of Liability:

This warranty is limited solely to the repair or correction of workmanship performed by B&K Outdoor Living, LLC. B&K Outdoor Living, LLC shall not be responsible for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages, including damages to landscaping, property, or structures beyond the original scope of work.
